Two commercial models
1. Outright purchase
You own the system. We install, commission, and train your operator. Maintenance is on a service contract. You take the capex hit once and capture 100% of the savings from day one.
Best for: sites that have the capex budget, a long ownership horizon, and want maximum return.
2. ModMBR Service Agreement (MaaS)
We retain ownership. You pay a fixed monthly fee. We handle all maintenance, membrane replacement, monitoring, and compliance reporting. No upfront capex, no surprise bills.
Best for: estates, lodges, and developers who want certainty over capex, or whose finance team wants opex treatment.
