2. Information on the site
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but:
- Technical specifications, capacity figures, tariff references, and savings estimates are indicative and are based on typical site conditions and published reference data at the time of writing.
- The Savings Calculator is a planning tool only. Any saving estimate it produces depends on inputs you provide (water rates, electricity rates, site flow) and on published assumptions documented in the tool. It is not a guarantee of saving, and is not a quotation.
- Any quotation, proposal, or service agreement provided to you in writing — and signed by both parties — takes precedence over information published on this site.
3. Intellectual property
- All content on this site (text, images, drawings, diagrams, the SCADA dashboard look-and-feel) is owned by Utico Water (PTY) Ltd or our licensors.
- The ModMBR product design is protected by South African patent ZA202407281.
- You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercialise content from this site without our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its forms to send unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server, or connected database.
- Use automated scrapers in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the site.
5. Links to third parties
Where we link to third-party sites (e.g. municipal tariff schedules, DWS, CSIR), we do so for reference only and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those external sites.
